I am starting out with an new image sized 300x100 & the font Arial Bold.


Now match the setting to mine:


You're finished! Now if you want your text to look EXTRA spiffy, you can add a shadow and border like i did (shown below) If you don't know how to border an image, just take a look at my "Bordering Text" tutorial.
