What you will be making:

First, find your image and open it. You can use the one above if you'd like.
Duplicate your base and go EFFECTS >> PHOTO EFFECTS >> SEPIA TONING and set the amount to age to 50.
Secondly create a New Raster Layer and fill it with these following colors (a new layer with each new color):
•Set to Lighten 100%, fill it with #9c104c
•Set to Saturation (L) 90%, fill it with #87fbe8
•Set to Overlay 100%, fill it with #f698b5

Now take the origional image and drag it to the top with the settings of Multiply 100%.
Add a border & some text, then you're finished! Hope this tutorial helped you.
