To:

Once you have chosen your image, size it to either 94x94 (for msn) or 100x100 (for anything else). Sharpen your image once.

01. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 30%.
Merge all layers.



02. Go Layers - New Adjustment Layer - Curves.
Set the Input to 201.
Set the Output to 211. Merge all of the layers together.



03. Sharpen your icon once. Add some fun text if you would like and you're finished!
