Follow these simple steps:
1. Duplicate your base and set it to SCEEN 50%.
2. Go LAYERS - MERGE ALL (FLATTEN).
Create a new layer and fill it with #fdc793. Set this layer to overlay 30%.
Create a new layer and fill it with #87fbe8. Set this layer to softlight 20%.
3. Now, Merge All - Flatten.
Duplicate your base once.
Go, ENHANCE PHOTO - ONCE STEP NOISE REMOVAL.
4. Set the duplicated base to Soft Light 100%
Add some more detail, if you would like, and you're done!
