Glow Brushes

For this tutorial you can learn how to overlay your circle brushes like this:

1. So, assuming you already have some brushes layed out, (for this effect you have to have an already made background for it to work properly) create a new raster layer.

2. NOW... stamp some brushes on that new raster layer. Look at mine below for an example:

3. Cut (EDIT - CUT) that layer and open up a new image with a white background.

4. Go EDIT - PASTE AS NEW SELECTION or press Ctrl + E on your keyboard.

5. Now we are going to give your brushes a white border.
Go SELECTIONS - MODIFY - EXPAND.
Match your settings to mine below:

6. Copy your bordered brushes and paste it onto your original image.

7. Next we're going to give your brushes a 3D shadow. Go (EFFECTS - 3D EFFECTS - DROP SHADOW) and match the settings EXACTLY to mine below.
* make sure you checked off 'shadow on new layer

8. Your layers should look something like mine below:
* Take your outlined circle brushes and set them to SCREEN 100% or LIGHTEN 100%. Whatever you think looks best.

& You're Finished!
