adding a blog
Here is the picture i will be using:
oo1. So to start, open up the image you want your blog on.
oo2. On your keyboard press the letter "p" and it will open up the Present Shape tool.
oo3. Create a new layer (LAYERS >> NEW RASTER LAYER)
oo4. Create a while rectangle (other color if desired) and a border (optional)
oo5. Set the Opacity to 55 (or until you get the effect you want)
