Twirl Effect

01. Pick your image and duplicate your base.
02. Go EFFECTS - DISTORTION EFFECTS - POLAR COORDINATES & match your settings to mine:
03. Your image should look something like this:
04. Use the Eraser Tool
and erase around the middle of the image (or areas you want the original image to show through).
Add effects if you'd like, and you are finished!
